Biography
At Heart Mind Healing, you will find a welcoming space where you can receive energy work and participate in classes and workshops (meditation, gentle yoga, and more). Now located in the Shoppes at Thornebrook Village.
As a yoga teacher and energy worker, Caitlyn loves helping women feel safe and centered and live with less anxiety. This work is personal, and she teaches and practices the tools that helped (and continue to help) her manage her anxiety and lead a better quality of life.
She began sharing this work full time in April 2017. She moved to Gainesville from Pennsylvania in May 2019 with her husband and rescue pups.
