You’re capable, responsible, and used to getting things done. But what happens when being the one who holds everything together starts to leave you exhausted?
High-achieving women often carry invisible patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, overthinking, and over functioning that can impact their well-being, relationships, and leadership. In this engaging and practical presentation, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and consultant Dina Smith will explore how greater self-awareness can help us recognize the patterns driving stress and burnout—and create space for healthier, more intentional responses.
Participants will leave with practical insights they can use immediately to communicate more effectively, set healthier boundaries, strengthen relationships, and lead with greater clarity and resilience.
Dina Smith, LMHC, is a speaker, coach, and therapist who helps individuals and organizations develop greater self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and navigate stress and change with greater intention. With more than 20 years in behavioral health and over 13 years of leadership experience, Dina brings a unique perspective that combines psychology, leadership, emotional intelligence, and personality-based tools such as the Enneagram. Her practical, engaging approach helps people recognize the patterns that shape how they think, communicate, lead, and relate to others. Dina believes self-awareness is a valuable tool for growth, while lasting transformation requires something deeper than self-understanding alone and is rooted in grace.
