GAWN member, Elizabeth Hanselman, would like to invite all GAWN members to the Gainesville Galloway Running & Walking Kickoff event: Saturday, October 26th 7:00 am at Publix in Haile Market Square (2755 SW 91st St, Gainesville, FL 32508).
Learn how Jeff Galloway's Run/Walk/Run approach helps runners train injury free. We also have an all-walking group for those who cannot or do not want to deal with the impact of running. We meet on Saturday mornings at 7:00 am in various locations in the Gainesville area to work out on smooth, asphalt paths that are both safe and scenic. Gainesville Galloway is a great way to get fit while having fun.
