November Monthly Meeting - Simplifying the Interview

SIMPLIFYING THE INTERVIEW

Bob Ganzak has a passion for sharing simple solutions for many of our business challenges. In this presentation, he will share a simple solution to the interview process for evaluating talent. You will also discover how the same process can be used to evaluate yourself and your own growth. Simple, right! So often we avoid the simple solution and opt for the more complex and expensive process. Join us, and you will see the power of simplification more clearly.

Bob is originally from Detroit Michigan and a graduate of the University of Detroit. He spent nearly 30 years in the radio broadcasting industry and is one of the architects of WIND FM in Gainesville and Ocala Florida. He joined the Carnegie team in 2009 as a performance consultant, became an instructor in 2010 and took over as franchisee of the Jacksonville location in 2021. A “Native” introvert, he has used the Dale Carnegie methodology to fashion himself a career in public speaking and has helped many do the same in their lives.
