Improve your Attention, Focus and Productivity through Digital Wellness

Melissa “HoneyBee” Baker is a multi-passionate Certified Health Education Specialist, Digital Wellness Coach, Author and yoga teacher who lives in Gainesville, FL. Along with teaching yoga, meditation, and fitness to kids and adults, she hosts transformational workshops and coaches people one-on-one to improve their Digital Wellness.

She is passionate about teaching individuals how to create healthy relationships with wellness and harmony with technology. Her book, “Conscious Adulting: In the Digital Age,” talks about her screen-time journey, and she encourages others to do the same through Digital Wellness Coaching.

Melissa's presentation will take you on an inviting journey through the eyes of the up-and-coming field of Digital Wellness. As a business owner herself, she understands the struggle to stay focused on what's important when there are so many distractions. She will share her personal experience with growing up in the Digital Age, help you understand why we may feel so scattered, and will give tangible techniques to help bring more focus and attention into your workday using meditation, focus techniques, and researched Digital Wellness techniques.

Meeting Registration and Cancellation Policy: To be eligible for a meeting refund, you must cancel your reservation by 11:59 pm on the Thursday the week before the meeting.  The registration cancellation must be submitted online or emailed to the Registrar by the deadline.
