Join us for an experiential evening of original teachings on self care and embodiment practices in preparation for the menopausal transition. 

In this two hour workshop we will explore new narratives for menopause that are empowering and uplifting. The teachings and discussion will be supported by embodiment practices such guided somatic meditation, breath work, conscious movement and yoga.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow/cushion for sitting on and/or for your head when laying down and whatever else will support you to be comfortable.
