Constant disruption, at an ever-increasing pace, creates a great deal of anxiety and stress. To survive and even thrive in this pressure-filled environment, individuals and organizations must increase their AQ (Adaptability Quotient).

John Spence, international professional development consultant, management educator, executive coach, speaker, strategic advisor, and author, is joining us to provide ideas and tools to help us increase our AQ.
