Please join us on Wednesday, November 14th from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM at the Sweetwater Branch Inn for our monthly luncheon.
After graduating from the UF’s College of Business in 1999, Brad Gamble spent the 15 years at Gainesville-based Infinite Energy, one of the largest retail energy providers in the Southeast with annual revenues in excess of $500 million. Starting as an hourly outbound sales representative, Brad then became a Sales Manager, and then the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for his last 8 years at the company. Infinite Energy had a team of 100 sales representatives and 250 brokers across the country. Brad has coached and managed close to a thousand sales professionals over his career.
Having left Infinite Energy in 2014, Brad spent 2 years coaching and consulting with approximately 25 startup companies in Gainesville. During this time, it dawned on Brad that Gainesville had numerous resources to help a startup company develop an idea, form a company, and eventually seek investment funding. But nowhere could he find a resource to help students, startups, entrepreneurs, and established companies learn the art-of-selling. In early 2016, Brad came up with a solution to this problem, and called it The Selling Factory.
Brad launched The Selling Factory in October 2016. The Selling Factory’s mission is to provide a high-energy selling environment where students learn, entrepreneurs grow, and companies thrive. They provide sales training, coaching, B2B lead generation, sales support, and sales channel development.
The Selling Factory now has a team of 30 to 40 highly trained student-interns from the University of Florida. These student-interns have learned the duties required to be an effective entry level Sales Development Representative. Rather than companies hiring for these positions themselves, they can hire the The Selling Factory teams to help build their sales funnels and close more business.
