Wellness at Work: Why We Need It and How to Achieve It
Learn the importance of practicing healthy habits at work, techniques for doing so, and how to build a culture of wellness within a workplace.
Mallory Rubek is the Mental Health First Aid Program Coordinator at Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. She organizes and manages all of Meridian’s community Mental Health First Aid classes and specializes in health and wellness programming and education. She is a proud two-time University of Florida graduate, with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Health Education in Behavior. A strong believer in the power of behavior change techniques, Mallory believes that with the right tools, everyone can achieve healthier and happier lives. Outside of work, Mallory enjoys anything outdoors but can also be found performing in local musical theater shows.
